Client & Installation
This usually occurs when modern Windows 10/11 installations lack legacy DirectX 9 runtime DLLs (like d3dx9_43.dll). We have already included these libraries inside the game's "bin" folder. If the issue persists, right-click "elementclient.exe", select Properties > Compatibility, and set it to "Windows 7 Compatibility Mode" and "Run as Administrator".
Connection & Networking
Verify your internet connection and ensure your local firewall or router is not blocking outbound TCP ports 29000 and 9223. Also check the Live Server Status on our homepage to verify the server is not currently undergoing scheduled weekly maintenance.
Account, Sycee & Gameplay
Log into your User Portal at /portal. Recharging your wallet will credit Sycee to your account. Then select your character from the dropdown and enter the exact amount you wish to transfer. The conversion rate is 1:1, and your in-game Sycee balance will update automatically within 5 seconds.
